Do you offer discreet shipping options?
Yes, we offer many options for our discreet customers. All customers will be provided with a tracking number to track your package every step of the way. Tracking is provided to all customers, not only the discreet option. If discreet shipping is needed, please select the “Discreet Shipping” option at checkout. By selecting this option, you will receive your package in a manilla bubble mailer and “Kris Soft Soles” will not be listed.
How does your name show up on my billing statement?
Even the name on your billing statement is as discreet as possible. You will see K.S.S. for Kris Soft Soles on your billing statement. If this is not discreet enough, I recommend PayPal or purchasing a pre-paid credit card such a Visa and using this to complete your transactions.
